How Much Time Is Slipping Through The Cracks?

Repetitive tasks quietly eat hours every week. Enter your numbers to see the total hours wasted, potential annual savings, and productivity gain from automating them.

What Is An Automation Savings Calculator?

This tool estimates the total time and money your business loses to repetitive, manual tasks — and what you'd get back by automating them. Unlike a single-process ROI calculation, it looks at your repetitive workload as a whole: how many tasks, how many people do them, how long each one takes, and how often.

How The Calculation Works

  1. Multiply the number of repetitive tasks by the average time per task and how often each employee repeats them.
  2. Multiply by the number of employees doing this work to get total weekly hours.
  3. Annualize across 52 weeks, then apply a disclosed 70% automation efficiency assumption.
  4. Multiply the hours saved by your average hourly wage to estimate annual dollar savings.

Worked Example: A 3-Person Admin Team

Three employees each repeat 5 different admin tasks (data entry, scheduling, follow-ups, reporting, and invoicing) roughly 10 times a week, averaging 15 minutes each. That's 37.5 hours a week across the team, or about 1,950 hours a year.

Automating 70% of that workload frees up roughly 1,365 hours a year. At a $20/hour average wage, that's approximately $27,300 in annual savings — and a meaningful jump in what the same three people can get done.
